The 10 Week Fitness Course classes are 45-minutes in duration and include 2 boxing/kickboxing and 2 strength training classes per week.
The Small Group Classes are instructed by an internationally certified trainer who will help you master the techniques and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. It is like having your own personal trainer at a faction of the cost!
