Congratulations to Ilana Serfontein who received the Top Gun Award for achieving the highest accumulated scores during the C.O.B.R.A. 10 Week Self-Defense Academy No 01/2018. Over the course of 10 weeks the students, who attended the 10 week academy in Bloemfontein, learned how to effectively protect themselves against a variety of armed and unarmed attacks. Students were placed in various scenarios where they had to apply what they have learned under stress.
