Our exciting long term training programme, C.O.B.R.A. Fighting Systems is starting in Bloemfontein on Saturday 02 April 2016. The system is based on law enforcement self defense training. No foreign languages, traditions or traditional uniforms. Students earn credits for each class attended as well as for short C.O.B.R.A. courses attended. Rank is awarded by means of a coloured wrist band and students can advance from a white band to a black band (belt). It typically takes 3 years to attain a black belt rank. Uniforms consist of a black C.O.B.R.A. Fighting Systems branded t-shirt and black pants/shorts. Training include unarmed combat, defense against fire-arms and edged weapons, combat fitness conditioning a drills and reality based scenario training.
